Browse the site and select the items you would like to purchase. When you have selected an item, choose your preferred size and colour and then ‘add to bag’. You can review your items in your shopping bag by selecting the ‘shopping bag’ link on the page. You can update your bag by adding and removing items. Our calculator will work out your subtotal, including shipping. Once you have finished, follow the checkout procedure. For security reasons, your first order must be shipped to your billing address.

We accept Visa and MasterCard credit cards. We do not accept cheques, postal orders or cash. We are unable to accept cards that are due to expire within FIVE days of placing an order. Card details are checked and verified and goods are despatched once authorisation has been obtained.

Your credit card security number (CVV) is the 3-digit number found on the reverse of your card on the far right of the signature strip.

Unfortunately we do not issue online gift cards, however this is something we will introduce at a later date, if you sign up to our newsletters we will tell you when you can.

High value orders take slightly longer as they need to pass through additional security and fraud checks.

Standard delivery for USA orders is 2-5 business days.

All orders are dispatched for delivery via our shipping partner UPS / USPS. One delivery charge will cover the whole delivery, regardless of number of items purchased. USA delivery is currently charged at $9.95. There will be only one delivery attempt made.  USPS will use its best judgment if you are not available to receive the package to leave it at your door.

At present we do not offer a Saturday delivery service, we deliver Monday to Friday. You can track your parcel by logging into your account page and checking on your order status.
